1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new SecurIQ subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.
2. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription after the initial 30-day period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription term, calculated in whole months. A cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining value may apply.
3. Consulting Services
Refunds for SecurGuard consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel a scheduled consulting engagement more than 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover resource allocation costs.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:
- Completed consulting hours or projects
- Setup or onboarding fees
