Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

TraKNC Inc. is committed to the security of our systems and data. We believe that working with the security research community is essential to achieving this goal. This Vulnerability Disclosure Policy provides guidelines for security researchers to report vulnerabilities to us.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our products or platforms, we encourage you to let us know right away.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all systems and services owned by TraKNC Inc., including the SecurIQ platform and our corporate website. Please do not test systems that are not owned by us or for which you do not have authorization.

2. Rules of Engagement

When conducting security research, please adhere to the following rules:

  • Do not destroy or corrupt data, or attempt to do so.
  • Do not degrade the performance of our services (e.g., DoS attacks).
  • Do not access or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not use social engineering (phishing, vishing) against our employees or customers.
  • Give us a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue before making it public.

3. How to Report

Please report any potential vulnerabilities to [email protected]. In your report, please include:
- A description of the location and nature of the vulnerability.
- Steps to reproduce the vulnerability (proof of concept scripts or screenshots are helpful).
- The potential impact of the vulnerability.

4. Our Commitment

When you report a vulnerability to us in accordance with this policy, we commit to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours.
  • Verify the vulnerability and determine its severity.
  • Work to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Notify you when the issue has been fixed.
  • Not pursue legal action against you for your research, provided you followed these guidelines ("Safe Harbor").

5. Recognition

We appreciate the contributions of security researchers. If you are the first to report a valid vulnerability, we may, at our discretion, recognize your contribution in our Security Hall of Fame (with your permission). We do not currently offer a bug bounty program involving cash rewards.
